Type of Mask: Washable fabric face mask made from 100% organic cotton.
I learned about this mask from: a podcast. It is made by a brand I knew of previously, but that only started manufacturing masks during the pandemic. It has an adjustable strap that wraps around the back of the head instead of the ears, making it more comfortable for extended wear.
I got this mask from: Baggu.com. I waited several weeks for the company to restock after its first batch sold out. It was ethically made in Hangzhou, China and delivered to Baggu headquarters in San Francisco, before being shipped via USPS to my residence in New York.
My favorite feature of this mask is: its colorful design, because it makes having to wear a mask a little more pleasant.
My most memorable encounter with my mask is: meeting classmates in person for the first time (all masked), since we had previously only seen each other without masks over Zoom.
